Using Artificial Neural Networks to Accurately Simulate Carbon Nanotube Field-Effect Transistors

Sept 2018 - May 2021
Byram Hills HS Authentic Science Research Program

Conducted EECS research on the use of artificial neural networks in the simulation of carbon nanotube array field-effect transistors. I worked with Dr. Jeffrey Bokor, UC Berkeley, and was awarded semifinalist in Regeneron STS.

Employing 3D-CNN LSTMs in EEG-based Brain-Computer Interfaces for motor imagery

May 2022 - Aug 2022
Yale University Computer Systems Lab

Used 3D CNNs and LSTMs for motor imagery classification tasks using EEG data — multichannel signals from the brain while moving or imagining movement. I worked with mentor Karthik Sriram (PhD candidate) and Dr. Abhishek Bhattacharjee in the Yale CSL.
