A game I made as a submission for a creative assignment in Robyn Creswell's
Arabian Nights: Then and Now. The game was made
in Godot Engine over the course of 3 days (Oct 8-10) using free 3D
assets I found online, and contains several references and easter eggs to the
stories of the Nights, in both English and Arabic. The story
was based on the Story of the Porter and the Three Ladies,
and is a short treasure hunt through a medieval Baghdadi souk, with
music made by my friend, Adam Winograd.
You can play the game! It takes
no longer than 5-10 minutes to complete.
If you're using a Mac, you'll have to
change your security settings to
allow the executable to run.

**UPDATE: I've continued this project slightly for the
Final assignment in the same class. I added references
to local Iraqi geography and to a different story —
this time the Story of the Three Apples —
and this time involves you talking to grocers in search
of apples.
You can play this one too! It'll probably
take around 10-15 minutes to complete.
